This Contempt Petition can be disposed of is the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioners Shri A.S. Deshpande. He submitted that as per the order passed on 14/10/2021 by this Court (Coram : Avinash G. Gharote, J.) the learned Assistant Government Pleader was permitted to deposit the amount of compensation in the Court and accordingly, the amount is deposited in this Court. By the order dated 14/10/2021, the petitioners / original claimants were permitted to withdraw the amount of compensation. 3.

Since the contemnor has purged the contempt by depositing amount of compensation in this Court , nothing survives in this contempt petition and it is
