This is an application seeking permission to serve the notice of final hearing of appeal by paper publication to respondent nos.1 to 3. It is submitted by the learned counsel for the applicant that the respondent nos.1 to 3 could not be served on the given address as it is reported that they could not be located on the said address,.

For the reasons stated in the application, Criminal Application is allowed. The appellant is allowed to serve the notice of the present Appeal on respondent nos. 1 to 3 by publishing it in daily "Navbharat", within four weeks. The Criminal is disposed of.
