During the course of hearing, it is brought to our notice that charge-sheet has been filed on 26.05.2023 in the trial Court. The impugned order of rejection is prior to the chargesheet i.e. 29.03.2023. The appellant has not applied to the trial Court for bail after filing of charge-sheet which is material stage.

In view of above, appeal stands disposed with liberty to apply trial Court for bail.
