Amendments be accordingly carried out and the copy of the amended petition be furnished to the respondents. After the amendments are carried out, notice be issued to the newly added respondent Nos.3, 4 and 5 in which case Shri Anilkumar would be waiving notice for respondent Nos.3 and 4 and Shri Agrawal would waive notice for respondent No.5.
