Civil Application No.919 of 2015 is filed by the petitioner for speaking to minutes. It is not in dispute that the year of appointment mentioned in paragraph 2 of the order dt.18.4.2015 in Writ Petition No.1602 of 2013 is incorrect. Hence, the fifth line in paragraph 2 of said order is corrected to read as ""Halba-Scheduled Tribe" and has been appointed on 22.11.1996". The Civil Application is disposed of accordingly.
