DATED : 29th APRIL, 2024 Without going into the merits of the matter, Mr. Lakhey, learned counsel for the petitioner states, that the petitioner may be absorbed in some other Institution in which there will be vacancy, since the petitioner by the order dated 26/10/2017 has been declared as surplus. The learned Assistant Government Pleader does not have any objection to this course of event as according to her that is a consequence, which even otherwise has to be follow, as a result the petitioner being declared surplus. We, therefore, dispose of the petition by directing the respondents to absorb the petitioner in any vacancy available with any other Institution, in terms of the law applicable in that regard.
