The only relief prayed by the petitioner is for consideration of the representations made by the petitioner seeking regularization of his services with the respondent No.2 - Zilla Parishad, Wardha.

According to the petitioner, he was engaged as a driver with Zilla Parishad, Wardha on 1.5.1987 and since then he has been serving there. On 30.8.2011, the Zilla Parishad passed a Resolution to regularize the services of various un-skilled labourers and drivers. Despite that, the petitioner's services have not been regularized. The petitioner has made representations dated 15.2.2007, 11.2.2008 and 7.12.2012. The petitioner attained the age of superannuation and retired on 31.5.2019. Thereafter, a fresh representation was made on 16.10.2019.

In these facts, the respondent No.2 - Zilla Parishad, Wardha is directed to take a decision on the petitioner's representations wherein prayer for regularization of his services has been made. The decision be taken within a period of four weeks from the receipt of copy of this order. The decision taken be communicated .....2/-

With these directions, the writ petition is disposed. No costs.
