17/06/ Present application is filed by the appellant for permission to deposit the enhanced amount of compensation as awarded by this Court while deciding First Appeal No. 1241/2017 on 20/01/2022. 2.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The appellant is permitted to deposit the cheque towards enhanced compensation along with interest accrued thereon within seven days. Registry to accept the same.

After deposit of the cheque, the respondent is at liberty to withdraw the same as per order dated 20/01/2022.
