Present application is filed by the respondent no.1 for grant of permission to withdraw the amount deposited by the appellants-VIDC. The learned counsel for the appellants-VIDC has no objection if the amount so deposited is allowed to be withdrawn by the respondent no.1. However, it is mentioned here that an amount of Rs.1,01,284/- is deposited by the appellants and not Rs.2,02,568/- as mentioned in the prayer. Hence, the application is allowed.

Respondent no.1 is allowed to withdraw the amount of compensation along with accrued interest thereon. Registry is directed to do the needful. It is informed that the rest of the amount is deposited before the Referal Court.
