The present application is filed by respondent no. 1 for direction to the appellant to furnish calculations and for grant of permission to withdraw the amount of compensation. Accordingly, along with pursis bearing Stamp No. 3/2022, the appellant has filed calculations.

As First Appeal No. 1666/2019 is decided on 01/10/2019, there is no impediment to allow the respondent no. 1 to withdraw the amount of compensation at this juncture. The respondent no. 1 is hereby directed to withdraw the amount of Rs. 2,27,156/- along with accrued interest which is already deposited by the appellant in this Court.

The learned counsel for the appellant has prayed for three months' time to deposit the balance amount. Accordingly, three

912.CAF 1254.2022 in FA 1666.2019(D)222 months' time is granted to the appellant to deposit the balance amount. After the balance amount is deposited, the respondent no. 1 is permitted to withdraw the same.

Registry is directed to disburse the amount to the respondent no. 1 which is already deposited by the appellant in this Court. 5.
