This application is filed by Smt. Sangita wd/o Ramesh Dorshetwar who is represented by learned counsel Shri A.A. Gupta.

The copy of the present application is already supplied to the Office of the Central Bureau of Investigation.

The present appeal was filed by Ramesh s/o Sampatrao Dorshetwar against judgment and order of conviction dated 10.10.2012 under Sections 7 and 13(1) (d) of the Prevention of Corruption Act passed by .....2/-

appa268.15 32 learned Special Judge, CBI Court, Nagpur in Special Case No.4/2007. The appeal is already admitted on 2.11.2012 and appellant Ramesh was released on bail. 4.

During the pendency of the appeal, appellant Ramesh expired on 31.3.2015. Death certificate is annexed along with the application under Section 394 of the Code of Criminal Procedure. Applicant Sangita is widow of deceased appellant Ramesh.

In that view of the matter, the present application is allowed. Smt. Sangita wd/o Ramesh Dorshetwar is permitted to get her substituted in place of deceased appellant Ramesh.

Office is directed to permit Advocate Shri A.A. Gupta for the applicant to carry out the amendment in cause title 7.

The criminal application is allowed and disposed of accordingly.
