DATE : 30-11-2022 Civil Application (F) No. 1184/2022 seeks withdrawal of the amount deposited in this Court. The F.A. No.606/2007, which is converted to R.C.A.No. 153/2012, already stands allowed by the District Judge-4, Chandrapur, by his judgment dated 24-02-2022 in which vide para 5 of the operative part the amount deposited in this Court is already permitted to be withdrawn, considering which, though Mr. Girish Kandhare, learned Counsel appearing for the appellant on behalf of Mr. De. opposes, the application is allowed. 2.

The amount is permitted to be withdrawn with accrued interest, if any.
