The Government Resolution dated 21/12/2019, which is under challenge in this writ petition has subsequently been superseded by the Government Resolution dated 14/12/2022 which provides the manner in which post retiral benefits along with service benefits consequent upon invalidation of the tribe claim are to be released.

Thus, we dispose of the present writ petition by directing the Respondents to consider the claim of the
2 50-WP No.2098.2020 Petitioners for payment of post retiral benefits and also service benefits in terms of the Government Resolution dated 14/12/2022.

The decision shall be taken by the Competent Authority within a period of two months from the date of certified copy of this order being produced before it. The Writ petition stands disposed of.
