The learned A.P.P. upon instructions would submit that the Government has taken a decision and would release the petitioner after completion of 14 years imprisonment. According to State, the petitioner would complete 14 years of imprisonment in the month of August, 2023 and thereafter they would release him. A copy of the order dated 11.07.2023 to that effect is produced on record.
