This is an application filed on behalf of the appellant seeking refund of excess amount of compensation deposited in this Court during the pendency of the appeal. It is stated that excess amount of Rs.2600/- was deposited when the amount of Rs.1,88,908/- was deposited in this Court. The respondent No.1 has no objection to refund of such excess amount of Rs.2600/- to the appellant. The appellant also has no objection to the balance amount being paid over to the respondent no.1.

Accordingly this application is allowed. The Office is directed to refund excess amount of Rs.2600/- to the appellant and to disburse the balance amount in favour of respondent No.1.
