Leave to add Debts Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur as party respondent no.2. The amendment be carried out forthwith. 3.

Issue notice for final disposal to the respondents. 4.

Mr. C. J. Dhumane, learned counsel waives service of notice for the newly added respondent. Notice to respondent no.1 is dispensed with since the order proposed to be passed is innocuous. 5.

It is claimed that Securitization Application (SA) No.116/2023 filed by the petitioner is pending before the Debts Recovery Tribunal, Nagpur from last two years.

As such, in view of the prayer for expeditious disposal of the said securitization application, which is preferred by the petitioner under Section 17 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interests Act, 2002, we deem it appropriate to dispose of the petition by directing the respondentDebts Recovery Tribunal to decide Securitization Application No. 116 of 2023 expeditiously and in any case within a period of six months from today.

With these directions, the writ petition stands disposed of. No costs.
