Prayer is to permit respondent no.2 to be substituted as he has retired. Present incumbent Namdeorao Jarag is sought to be added as respondent no.2. Shri Kadu, learned counsel however, fairly states that no representation has been made to Namdeorao Jarag.

Merely because Shri Jadhav has retired that does not absolve him of contempt, if he has committed it.

In this situation, though we find Civil Application unsustainable, petitioner is at liberty to make appropriate representation to Namdeorao Jarag, present incumbent.

Petitioner to complete service upon respondent no.2 by RPAD as also through Court by procuring his complete address. Service be completed by 07.06.2016.
