The learned counsel for the petitioner makes a statement that this petition has wrongly been filed before this Court instead of filling it before the High Court of Bombay at Aurangabad Bench. Accordingly, on instructions, he seeks permission to withdraw the present writ petition with liberty to file the same before the Aurangabad Bench.

The writ petition is disposed of as withdrawn with liberty as prayed for.

Interim stay to continue for four weeks to enable the petitioner to file a petition before the Aurangabad Bench. 4.
