This is an application to substitute the name of respondent No. 2 on the array of respondent. It is stated that respondent No. 2, the Secretary of Urdu Education Society has expired. The new Secretary by name Khan Tabish Afzaal Iqbalullah Khan is sought to be substituted in his place.

Considering the nature of the prayer, the application is allowed and disposed of accordingly. Necessary amendment be carried out after second set of the application is placed on record.
