The learned Counsel for the applicant seeks correction in paragraph no.3 of the order dated 17.06.2021, where according to him the words "Sessions Court" is used instead of Trial Court which is a Court of Magistrate.

I have gone through the order and found that the intent was to grant liberty to the applicant to approach the trial Court only. In view of above,

Order 2306appp965.21 Criminal Application is allowed and it is ordered that paragraph no.3 of the order dated 17.06.2021 shall be read from third line as "..liberty is granted to approach to the trial Court i.e. Court of Magistrate". Necessary corrections be carried out in the order accordingly.
