2] Learned counsel for the petitioner, on instructions, seeks leave of the Court to withdraw the petition on the ground that alternative remedy is now available to the petitioner. He also prays for continuation of the interim relief granted by this Court, while learned counsel for the respondent Nos. 1 and 2 does not have any objection for withdrawal of the petition, but has objection for continuation of the interim relief. But, he also submits that for next 10 days, the respondent-Bank would not take any coercive steps for evicting the petitioner from the premises in question. 3] Leave to withdraw the petition is granted and we expect that the words so expressed in the statement made on behalf of the Bank shall be respected.
