Criminal Application (APPP) No.630/2024 has been filed on behalf of the Investigating Officer for permission to file the chargesheet. By order dated 8.3.2022 this Court had restrained the Investigating Officer from filing the chargesheet, however, now it is stated that the investigation is complete and the offence which has been transpiring is under Sections 504 and 506 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3(1)(r) and 3(1)(u) of the Scheduled Castes and Scheduled Tribes (Prevention of Atrocities) Act. The Investigating Officer is allowed to file the chargesheet within a period of two weeks from today. Copy of the same be given to the applicants within a period of one week thereafter.

After the receipt of the copy of the chargesheet, if advised, the applicants may carry out amendment to the application on or before 19.7.2024. Copy of the amended application and the chargesheet be filed and given to the
