By this application, it is prayed that the judgment dated 22.03.2012 passed in Regular Civil Application No.17 of 2003 be stayed during pendency of the appeal.

Reply has been filed on behalf of non-applicant no.2 in which it has been stated that Change Report No.703 of 2002 has been finally decided on 22.12.2009.

In view of aforesaid statement made in the reply, the prayer as made in the civil application cannot be granted. Civil application is therefore rejected.
