Ms. T. Khan, the learned Assistant Government Pleader for the petitioners submits that on 28.06.2016 the petitioner no. 1 has issued a communication stating therein that as the services of the respondent no.1 have been regularised from 27.01.1999 and all monetary benefits have been paid to him, the present writ petition be withdrawn. Said communication is taken on record and marked as 'A' for identification.
In view of aforesaid, the writ petition is permitted to be withdrawn. Rule stands discharged accordingly with no order as to costs. Civil Application No. 1116 of 2016: Civil application is also disposed of. JUDGE svk
