O R D E R
(Passed on 13.08.2022) The parties with their respective counsels are present personally. The parties have willingly and amicably settled the dispute. Both parties have filed terms and conditions of compromise in Form "N". Terms of compromise are read over, which the parties admit to be correct and binding upon them and are therefore recorded. In view of compromise, the award is passed. The respondent No. 1 and the appellant respectively shall be entitled to withdraw amount of compensation along with accrued interest, as per terms of compromise after deducting the amount, if any, already withdrawn, as per order of the Court. On furnishing the RTGS/NEFT details of claimant, the decretal amount with accrued interest may be transferred directly in the respective account of claimants.
First Appeal stands disposed of. Court fees, if any, be refunded to the appellant as per rules.
