DATED : 22 - 0 6 -201 It is not in dispute that there are two complainants Shri Abdulkalam Azad and Shri Manish Deshraj.

In so far as Shri Manish Deshraj is concerned, he is a practiting Advocate and is present in this Court. He has no objection if the applicant is granted anticipatory bail. Shri Manish Deshraj and the applicant have entered into a Memorandum of Understanding dated 15-3-2018, the terms and conditions of which are being followed. The last payment is to be made in February 2019. 3.

In so far as the other complainant Shri Abdulkalam Azad is concerned, the learned Counsel for the applicant Shri M.S. Wakil makes a statement that Rs. 2,50,000/- remains unpaid. He undertakes to deposit the said amount in this Court by demand draft on or before 26-6-2018.

In this view of the matter, the application is allowed.
