Paragraph 2 of the application reads thus :

"That, in the order dated 31-3-2023 this Hon'ble Court has been directed to the respondents for demarcation boundaries of Community Forest Right of Gramsabha/ petitioners as per communication issued to the petitioners but in present petitioners sought directions for demarcation boundaries of total 1833.100 H.R. area as per Community Forest Right (CFR) granted from District Level Forest Rights Committee dated 21-12-2020 herein annexed documents at page No.22 its annexure No. B, and C at page Nos. 28, 29 as prayers made in petition, above facts inadvertently not mentioned in order sheet in despite core issue in the present petition

In our view, no clarification as such is required. The order dated 31-3-2023 is clear and in paragraph 3 it is observed that if any grievance of the petitioner does not survive after the demarcation, the petitioner shall be at liberty to approach the Court again.

The civil application is dismissed.
