Jadhav, J.) on the said day, a statement was made on behalf of the counsel for the petitioner that petitioner-Jayantilal s/o Lalji Parmar passed away some time in month of September-2018. On this, time was granted to file appropriate application for bringing legal representatives of deceased petitioner on record. Till today, no steps are taken for substituting the deceased petitioner.
