DATE : 02/05/2023 The present application is filed for condonation of delay of 90 days in filing second appeal. It is submitted that though appellant collected certified copy, it would not be possible for him to file second appeal due to Covid-19 pandemic.

The learned Counsel for respondent though raised objection for condoning the delay, in view of the fact that during February, 2020 there was Covid-19 pandemic, as such, I am satisfied that the delay is duly explained and needs to be condoned. Accordingly, delay is hereby condoned. 3.

The Registry is directed to register the second appeal.
