The Commissioner under Employees Compensation Act, Nagpur as per the judgment dated 02.03.2020, directed the Insurance Company as well as employer to pay compensation to the claimants. It is in respect of loss occasioned due to death in Motor Vehicle Accident. The owner has disputed the relationship of an employer and employee of the deceased it has not been accepted by the trial Court.

Civil Application (F) 1199/2020 The learned advocate for the applicant has stated that the applicant/appellant has already deposited the decretal amount before the trial Court.
