Heard the learned Counsel for the applicants and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

Perused the F.I.R. and the case-diary. It is seen that there is hardly any circumstantial evidence available against these applicants. One motorcycle has been recovered at the instance of applicant No.4 - Rahul Mahadev Pimpalshende, while there is no recovery from applicant Nos.1 to 3. There is no last seen evidence present on record. No other incriminating circumstances have been pointed out to me by the learned A.P.P. for the State. The investigation is over by filing charge-sheet. In the circumstances, I am inclined to grant this application. Hence, the order.

1. The application is allowed.

2. It is directed that the applicants be released on bail on each of them furnishing P.R. Bond in the sum of Rs.20,000/- with one solvent surety in the like sum on the conditions that the applicants shall regularly attend the dates fixed in the matter by the trial Court, shall cooperate with the trial Court in expeditious disposal of the case and shall not tamper with the prosecution witnesses.
