Chande, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that this Criminal Writ Petition has rendered infructuous, in view of the judgment delivered by this Court in Criminal Writ Petition No.652 of 2020, which was filed by the petitioner from jail, in which this Court has already granted furlough leave to the petitioner.
