2] This is an application for grant of stay.

3] The learned counsel for the applicant submits that the entire decreetal amount has been deposited by the appellant with all statutory benefits and interst.

4] Given the aforesaid submission, the interim stay operating against the impugned judgment and decree dated 19/09/2018 passed by the Civil Judge, Senior Division, Yavatmal in LAC No. 553/2011 is hereby confirmed pending decision of this Appeal.

6] This is an application filed on behalf of respondent No.1 for withdrawal of amount deposited by the appellant.

7] On due consideration, the application is allowed. Respondent No.1/ claimant is permitted to withdraw 50% of the amount deposited by the appellant on furnishing usual undertaking before the Registrar (Judicial).
