Heard learned counsel for the rival parties. Seen the FIR, so also the reply filed by the prosecution. Upon perusal of the FIR, it is clear that the Applicant No.1 - husband tortured the complainant. As against Applicant Nos. 2 to 4, prima facie, they are entitled to grant of anticipatory bail.

In so far as Applicant No.1 is concerned, there are serious allegations against him by the wife who is also educated and working in State Bank of India as against the Applicant No.1 who is working in Axis Bank. In that view of the matter, I make the following order:-

O R D E R

[a] Criminal Application No. 209 of 2015 is partly allowed.

[b] Application filed by the Applicant No.1 is rejected.

[c] Application filed by applicant nos. 2 to 4 is allowed.

[d] In the event of arrest in connection with Crime No. 37 of 2015 for offence punishable under Section 498-A read with Section 34 of Indian Penal Code registered with respondent - Police Station Officer, Police Station, Kanhan, Distt. Nagpur, Applicant nos. 2 to 4 shall be released on bail upon furnishing a Personal Bond in a sum of Rs. 10,000/- [rupees ten thousand only] each with one surety each in the like amount.
