DATE : 25.10.2016 By this contempt petition, the petitioner has sought action against the respondents for wilful disobedience of the order, dated 27.1.2015 in Writ Petition No.4184/2013. Shri Bade, the learned Counsel for the respondents states that during the pendency of the contempt petition, the petitioner is reinstated in service and continuity is granted to him. Shri Parsodkar, the learned Counsel for the petitioner does not dispute the statement made by the learned Counsel for the respondents.
In view of the aforesaid, we dispose of the contempt petition with no order as to costs.
