Heard Shri Alok Daga, learned counsel for the petitioner.

Prosecution under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act initiated in 2012 is still pending. According to the petitioner - complainant, examination-in-chief has been recorded in October 2015 and thereafter the matter has not progressed further.

We have perused the order sheet. It reveals adjournment granted by the Court to both the parties. 4.

In this situation, without observing anything on merits of the controversy, we grant liberty to the petitioner to move appropriate application for expeditious disposal of that complaint before the trial Court itself. If such an application is moved, the trial Court shall dispose of that application within next three months.

With these directions, we dispose of the present petition. No order as to costs.
