Learned counsel for the respondent submits that the respondent has expired.

I am informed that the proceedings under question pertains to restitution of conjugal rights. In view of death of respondent-husband, nothing survives in the petition. Learned counsel for the petitioner made a request to pass appropriate order.

In view of above, the petition is disposed of as infructuous.

Copy of the order be served upon the trial Court for taking appropriate steps.
