Heard.

We find that the State Government is proceeding further on the location of the Government Engineering College in the State of Maharashtra. Communication dated 1.12.2014 read out to us by learned Assistant Government Pleader Shri N.R. Patil for respondent Nos.1 to 3 and 5 shows that in order to avoid unnecessary burden on public revenue, possibility of securing land in the MIHAN project is being considered. No vested right as such is thus being affected.

In view of these developments, we wanted to find out what is the cause of action which has prompted this petition at this juncture. There is no .....2/-

pil94.16 specific explanation in this regard.

As we find that the State Government is taking necessary steps in the matter and attempting to reach a suitable policy decision in public interest, no case is made out. With liberty to the petitioner to approach again, if any cause of action arises, we dispose of the Public Interest Litigation. No costs. JUDGE JUDGE !! BRW !!
