Hearing was conducted through video conferencing and the learned counsel agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

2] The learned counsel for the applicant Shri Sirpurkar states that the charge-sheet is to be filed within sixty days of arrest, or else, the applicant shall be entitled to default bail. According to Shri Sirpurkar, sixty days period is expiring on 25.09.2020 and therefore, the applicant may be permitted to withdraw this application with liberty to approach the learned Sessions Court after the charge-sheet is filed. The learned counsel Shri Sirpurkar states that the applicant shall not approach this Court before filing of the charge-sheet.
