None appears for the petitioner. Heard Mr.H.D.Dube, learned Additional Public Prosecutor for respondent nos. 1 to 3. The hearing was conducted through Video Conferencing and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor agreed that the audio and visual quality was proper.

As per submission of learned A.P.P., the petitioner is released from jail on 9.7.2020. The statement made by learned Additional Public Prosecutor is accepted. Since this matter relates to categorisation of petitioner for remission of sentence and the petitioner is already released from jail, nothing survives in this petition. Hence, the petition is disposed of.
