The applicant Nos. 1 to 3/respondents have filed this application to permit them to withdraw the balance compensation amount lying in the Court along with accrued interest, as the First Appeal was dismissed on 18.09.2024, for which learned counsel for the appellant has no objection.

Having considered the reasons disclosed in the application as well as no objection of learned counsel for the appellant, the application is allowed. The applicants are permitted to withdraw the remaining compensation amount lying in this Court along with the interest accrued thereon, as per the Award.

Registrar(J) is directed to transmit the compensation amount lying in this Court along with the interest accrued thereon to the bank account of the applicants as per the Award, within five weeks, on their furnishing bank account details to the Registry. The application is disposed of.
