2) The issue is about the appropriate date of appointment and grant of approval.
3) Prima facie, we are of the view that the issue is covered by the judgment in Writ Petition No.5258 of 2012 [Ms.Sandhya Laxman Ghosalkar vs. The State of Maharashtra and others], delivered on 12/09/2012, so also the judgments in the case of Sarita d/o Durgaprasad Shukla vs. The State of Maharashtra and others [Writ Petition No.3504 of 2021] and Yogita D/o Ambadas Ugle @ Yogita w/o Rajesh Bali vs. The Education Officer and others [Writ Petition No.1590 of 2023].

2 63-wp 3861.2023 + 2.odt 4) In view of above, we deem it appropriate to permit the petitioner to appear before the respondent No.2 - Education Officer (Secondary), Zilla Parishad, Washim.
5) The respondent No.2 is directed to consider the claim of all these petitioners afresh and decide the same having regard to the Division Bench judgment in the case of Sandhya vs. State (supra).
6) Let the aforesaid decision in any case be taken within a period of 12 weeks from the date of communication of this order.
