DATE : September 27, 2023 Since we find that prayer in the writ petition is to set aside the communication dated 14/02/2023 that has been issued by the Regional Officer, Maharashtra Industrial Development Corporation, Dhule, the territorial jurisdiction to decide the same would be with the Aurangabad Bench. The present proceedings are therefore returned to the petitioner to enable the petitioner to file the same before the Aurangabad Bench. Necessary steps in that regard be accordingly taken by the registry.
