DATED : 05/05/2025 The application is filed for condonation of delay of 11 days in filing application for restoration of Writ Petition St. No.21280/2024 which was dismissed on 03.03.2025 for non removal of office objections. 2.
It appears that registration of Writ Petition St. No.21280/2024 was refused by the order of Registrar Judicial dated 03.03.2025. It is submitted that counsel for the petitioner has removed office objections. However, it appears that objection No.17 was inadvertently remained to be removed. Thereafter when the matter was circulated it came to know that the registration of writ petition is refused for want of removal of office objection. Immediately learned counsel for the petitioner applied for restoration. There is a delay of 11 days.

For the reasons mentioned in the application there is justifiable cause for non attending the office objection. As such, the application is

The delay of 11 days caused in filing the application for restoration is hereby condoned. Registry is directed to register Miscellaneous Civil Application St. No.8099/2025.

Application stands disposed of.

For the reasons stated in the application, the application is allowed.

The order dated 03.03.2025 passed by Registrar (Judicial) is hereby set aside.
3.
Registry is directed to restore Writ Petition St. No.21280/2024 to its original number.
4.
After restoration of the same petitioner shall remove office objections within two weeks.

Application stands disposed of.
