The present application is moved by the claimants seeking permission to withdraw the amount of compensation deposited by the appellant.

Considering the nature of award passed by the Claims Tribunal, the claimants are permitted to withdraw a sum of Rs.10,00,000/- subject to claimants' furnishing usual undertaking with the Registrar (J).

The Claims Tribunal shall thereafter release the amount by issuing Cheque in the name of respondent No.1. The civil application is allowed and disposed of in terms of its prayer clause.
