Accepting the explanation given in the application, the respondent No.2/insurance Company is permitted to deposit cheque for the awarded amount. On deposit of the amount it be disbursed to the original appellants/ claimants in proportion as per the award passed by the Tribunal. The amount be disbursed only after deficit court fee is paid.

The civil application is disposed in the above terms. No costs.
