The applicants are arrested in connection with the offence punishable under
Sections 392, 427 read with Section 34 of the Indian Penal Code. The applicants are claiming bail on the ground of false implication and inadequacy of material to connect them with crime. The State resisted bail by submitting that the offence is of serious nature.

Perusal on FIR discloses that on 15.06.2020, the informant along with few persons made to halt their vehicle near lake for the purpose of fishing. According to informant six unknown assailants arrived, looted Rs. 65,000/- at the point of knife and decamped. The informant has identified one of the assailants as Kishor being Ex-sarpanch of Village Tirwanja. During the Course of investigation, the incriminating material is seized from co-accused. Neither applicants' name is mentioned in the FIR nor in any other statement it has come. Moreover, nothing has been seized from the applicants nor at this juncture any material is available to connect applicants with the crime. Having regard to all these circumstances,
the applicants can be released on bail by putting certain conditions. Hence, following order:- 4.
The applicants - Suraj S/o Ramesh Baware and Rakesh S/o Vasudeo Zade are released on bail on their furnishing P.R. Bond of Rs. 25,000/- each with one or two sureties in the like amount.

Applicants to attend concerned Police Station on every Monday and Thursday in between 10.00 a.m. to 12.00 noon till filing of the chargesheet. 6.
The accused shall not directly or indirectly make any inducement, threat or promise to any person acquainted with the facts of the case, as also shall not tamper with the evidence.

This order be communicated to the counsel appearing for the parties, either on the
