DATED : September 04, 2019 Shri S.Bissa, learned Assistant Government Pleader for the respondent nos. 1 and 2 on instructions submits that as per the communication dated 04.09.2019 addressed to the Office of the Government Pleader, Nagpur it has been opined by the Divisional Joint Registrar that further action under Section 88 of the Maharashtra Cooperative Societies Act, 1960 is not proposed to be taken. That communication is taken on record and marked "A" for identification. In view of this communication, the order dated 30.12.2013 at Annexure 'H' passed by the Divisional Joint Registrar, Cooperative Societies, Amravati as well as the order passed by the Hon'ble Minister, Cooperation, M.S. on the revision application dated 04.11.2015 at Annexure 'A' do not survive. The same are accordingly set aside. The writ petition is disposed of in aforesaid terms. No costs. JUDGE Andurkar.
