By this application, the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 are seeking permission for withdrawal of the amount. The appellant has already deposited the amount of Rs.7,88,299/-. 2.

In view of the reasons mentioned in the application and considering the objection raised by the appellant, it will be appropriate to permit the respondent Nos.1, 2 and 4 to withdraw the 75% amount of compensation alongwith accrued interest on usual undertaking.

The application is allowed and the amount be disbursed on due identification and verification.

The civil application is disposed of.
