By this application, respondent No.3 seeking permission for depositing the amount of compensation. 3.

It is further submitted by learned Counsel Shri Zaheer that 12 matters are disposed of on the ground of parity.

The Acquiring Body has issued one cheque of Rs.57,31,547/- for the said 12 matters. Respondent No.3 has also prepared the tabular chart, which is mentioned in the application.

In view of that, the Registry is directed to accept the cheque and the amount be disbursed to the claimants as per chart given in the application. The amount be disbursed along with the accrued interest on due identification and verification.

The civil application is disposed of.
